Ma'am,

I fully understand your position, obviously there are some broken bridges here that needs to be repaired, if it can be repaired?? And yes I did follow the cricket competition and the incredible opposition that came from the shameless PPP. I have often asked myself why is it our people cannot work together!!  Here you are defending the rights of  people from the same government that they put there!!

I thank you for your patience, do forgive my ignorance. I don't mean to be simplistic in all that I am saying. I just think that the cause be better achieved through unity. Keep up the good work.

Sir,

The PPP attacks, condemns, and viciously I might add, GIHA and GIHA officials and sabotages GIHA activities. Perhaps you were not following the GIHA Jahaji Cricket Championship where the so called INDIAN government, including the PPP's youth arm, joined with the PNC, to condemn and sabotage a simple cricket match. They joined in confusing an entire nation about Indian identity and equality.

You, obviously, are not aware of the nature of the party that we are dealing with. Otherwise you would not be making your simplistic suggestions.

GIHA is an Indian Rights organization. Its members are Indian Rights activists and we are forced to condemn the inaction of the PPP because it is within their power to improve the living conditions of Indians in Guyana. We are and remain unapologetic about condemning the PPP Government. They are the biggest part of the problems faced by Indians in Guyana. They are weak, inept and corrupt. If you are really concerned I will forward a link to a World Bank Report which also condemns the PPP government.

The situation in Guyana is very different from anywhere else in the whole world. Some Canadian Officials who work with the Refugee office called GIHA and one of their questions was how is that we have an Indian Government in power and Indian people are being attacked and brutalised and seeking refugee status?

The PPP members are arrogant and obtuse and they want to ignore the problems faced by Indo Guyanese. Ryhaan Shah met with President Jagdeo. He told her there is no crisis in Guyana. Indians in Guyana are given no satisfaction by this government.

Maybe your friend with his gun saved himself and a few villagers, but what happened to the rest of the country?? What will happen when they come for him? Please, this is not how Indian Unity is fostered.

The P.N.C did some naughty things during its tenure in government and many of the problems today, from skill shortages to issues of law and order, are inherited and transferred problems from the P.N.C era.
